Build on the individual requirements of the customer GermaniumComposites conducts the comprehensive engineering design of composite parts. Starting point can either be a feasibility study leading to certain concepts or some concrete starting point based on a given styling or concept. CAD design of parts and assemblies is carried out in state of the art 3D software. 2D drawings are derived to gain final documentation and share information with suppliers.
Virtual product validation is implemented using FEM calculation tools with appropriate material models and failure criteria for fibre reinforced material. Static and dynamic analysis can be conducted for load cases given by customer or any applicable source.
